We had such a fab time in Arlo. Camel Trail Campers were so lovely and helpful and the van had all the basics you might need. The van was super easy to drive and we had a thorough briefing before taking off. And the fact I could bring the dogs along made it a fantastic week. I thoroughly recommend.

Silver-Lady-0923

Booking cancelled the day before we were due to pick the van up. Fighting between the owner and Camperbug as to who is responsible for returning my deposit. Camperbug very slow to respond to any emails.

Well although the owners were very pleasant and helpful, we were not able to rent the vehicle as the campervan broke down when we went to collect it. The owners were kind enough to return the deposit and money paid but the Camperbug website has not yet returned my 90- which was the reservation fee.Very bad service from Camperbug site as there is no way to contact them. Please help me refund the 90- for a booking that couldn't go further as the vehicle could not be rented and its not our fault.Thank you.
